Goodkind is a venture backed startup made up of an ambitious and distributed team living in Toronto, Vancouver and Bogota. Our platform enables businesses and organizations around the world to grow sales and improve engagement through the use of personal video stories. To date, our customers have sent over 350,000 video stories on Goodkind, and it’s only just the beginning.



About the role

From the very beginning, Goodkind has worked with nonprofits of all shapes and sizes. From the largest of international organizations like Amnesty International, to small, grassroots organizations like Black Creek Community Farm. Our nonprofit customers have transformed how they engage, solicit and steward with Goodkind. We’re looking for an Account Executive who is passionate about social good and technology to grow Goodkind for Nonprofits globally.


About You

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an annual giving or marketing role at a nonprofit organization or you have a minimum of two years experience selling software to nonprofit organizations
  • You deeply understand the critical role nonprofits play in society, and are cognizant of the challenges they face
  • You are curious about technology and software, are aware of the nonprofit technology landscape
  • You managed a quota and consistently exceeded it, and have a demonstrated history of taking charge and solving problems
  • You are excited about early stage startups, defining new processes and operating in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment

Outcomes

  • Build and execute a sales plan that achieves 100%+ of quota
  • Refine outbound sales process and identify new market segments
  • Help to manage key technology and agency partner relationships
  • Work closely with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities
  • Successfully source and close $25k+ ARR opportunities
