Goodkind is a venture backed startup made up of an ambitious and distributed team living in Toronto, Vancouver and Bogota. Our platform enables businesses and organizations around the world to grow sales and improve engagement through the use of personal video stories. To date, our customers have sent over 350,000 video stories on Goodkind, and it’s only just the beginning.

About the role

The education sector is facing massive disruption and challenges, more so during COVID-19. Never before has change come so quickly. Goodkind is at epicenter of the digital transformation overtaking the sector, and our customers are relying on Goodkind as the lynchpin of their student engagement and conversion plans.

We’re looking to you to capture (and grow) the opportunity ahead of us. To open new segments and geographies, and double down where we’ve had success in both higher education and K-12.

About You

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience selling software to higher education (K-12 is a bonus)
  • You have full cycle SaaS sales experience
  • You have a track record of exceeding quota and taking initiative
  • You are excited about early stage startups, defining new processes and operating in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
  • You are excited about working within education and massively impacting how schools recruit and engage for decades to come


  • Build and execute a sales plan that achieves 100%+ of quota
  • Help to refine outbound sales process in consult with CEO and BDRs
  • Work with BDRs to drive consistent and healthy pipeline within our core verticals
  • Work closely with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities
  • Successfully source and close $50k+ ARR opportunities
