Goodkind is a venture backed startup made up of an ambitious and distributed team living in Toronto, Vancouver and Bogota. Our platform enables businesses and organizations around the world to grow sales and improve engagement through the use of personal video stories. To date, our customers have sent over 350,000 video stories on Goodkind, and it’s only just the beginning.

About the role

Goodkind is creating a new category of software. As an Enterprise BDR, you’ll be responsible for generating new, qualified opportunities to accelerate Goodkind’s growth. You will be a critical player on a growing sales team. The opportunity for upward mobility is yours for the taking.

About You

  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Enterprise BDR in SaaS
  • You are an excellent writer
  • You are perceptive and are able to easily build authentic connections with people
  • You are resourceful and creative, you are a self starter and tend to figure things out
  • You are highly motivated and love picking up the phone and crafting the perfect email
  • You are organized
  • You maintain a positive attitude and energy, you aren’t easily discouraged


  • Craft deeply personalized email and video messages to prospective customers to secure demos and meetings
  • Constantly developing and testing new outreach and prospecting strategies, and improving existing ones
  • Contribute to a nascent sales team culture with positive attitude, energy and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build long term relationships with new customers
  • Become an expert at all things Goodkind (our product, our customers, our markets)
  • Using LinkedIn, Salesforce and other tools while identifying best practices with each
